Barrie's waterfront is only a wee egg and has yet to hatch and grow.  Two new Condo's under under construction at this time, with another 4-6 to be developed in the future.  The water and beaches are clean and well used by the residents and by some not residents.

 Should we close the beach and the waterfront to residents only as the the day trippers only enjoy our beach and leave a ton of garbage behind.  What should we do?
